Rain did not stop play
The contingency for rain at The Castle is that performance moves into the delightful little St. Petrox Church. How the crew pull this off is always a revelation to me. Moving assets and cast into the church is a big enough deal but moving a performance which has been rigorously produced for the large, open space, into the confines of the church seems nothing short of miraculous.
There are times when I could kick myself…
When I saw Max’s photo of the setting for Desdemona’s bed chamber I realised that although I couldn’t photograph the performance (way too many issues) I should have tried to capture the setting; I won’t make that mistake again.
